James Hooper:
I first became associated with Business Coaching in 2002 with the idea of developing several associate run Chiropractic practices. My first coach enabled me to set some basics for the business model and introduced me to the need for specific systems and procedures. After 2 years my first coach left the area so I went alone until I was referred to James Hooper in Townsville. I began with James on a weekly basis in January 2007 until the present.
Lifestyle Chiropractic began from scratch in July 2003. I had 2 practices then.
At present we have 15 practices from Innisfail to Adelaide, 20 Doctors of Chiropractic, 34 Chiropractic assistants and 10 in our admin team, in Mackay – a total of 64. We are currently the largest group of Chiropractic practices in Australasia. I now have a business partner and we are on a very aggressive growth plan to take us to the next level.
Without a coach this would not have occurred and more specifically James Hooper. James’s ability in business is unquestionable and his ability to grasp an understanding of our profession and my specific needs is uncanny. At times I feel he knows more about my business than I do.
Specific things James helped me with are systems, time management, how to produce and handle growth, statistics and life balance. However James’s greatest talent for me is brainstorming.

I believe everyone needs a coach and if in business, a business coach. I strongly recommend James and I know if you follow his recommendations your business will improve dramatically.
