50% Wages Subsidy Up To $28k For Employees Who Qualify. Ends June 30.

• This Australian Government Program (BAC) is confusingly named – so even “on-the-ball” business owners are completely unaware of how broadly is can be applied.  It is called “Boosting Apprenticeship Commencements” – but it also applies to NON-apprentices if you have the right training program (find out in the video below).  I did not know that “apprentice” and “trainee” are used interchangeably.   This opens the opportunity for admin, white collar professionals and all management staff levels to participate in the program.  (A large number of businesses across Australia are involved with this aspect of the Program.)
• BAC Program ends June 30th 2022.  There is a quickly growing queue for processing – so check it out asap

Check out the details in the link above.  I strongly recommend that you do everything possible to give your team the opportunity to grow and develop.  These courses do that, and the government has a wonderfully generous program to encourage it.  Possibly too generous.

I looked deeply into this program as it seemed almost “too good to be true”.

I can find no downside to being heavily subsidized to help my team members grow.  I asked every possible question and dug deeply into the detail.

I was concerned that these courses might take the employee away from productive work (in my businesses), but Anthony answered that decisively in the video.  (More info click here)
