Once I receive the form, I will contact you and arrange a less than 15 minute conversation. The purpose this call is to simply determine if we want to go any further. It also allows me to filter out companies that are in direct competition with my existing clients. My process demands that selected markets be dominated, and in any one market there can only be one dominant player.
If it turns out that your primary markets are in conflict with any of my existing, I will simply and politely suggest alternative resources for you to investigate.
Should we pass this step, I will forward an invoice as well as a questionnaire for you to complete and return to me prior to our 2 hour session.
Again, please also be aware that I do not work with clients who are in direct local competition, as specific local markets can only be dominated by ONE player. So – one of YOUR first questions is to determine whether your specific industry/market is available.
